TheEyesHaveIt Posted October 10, 2024 Share #25 Posted October 10, 2024 (edited) I can’t seem to get Fotos to connect to my M11 now to get this update. Worked fine for the previous updates. Is there a way to connect via USB C cable? If I try that, it switches to remote mode. Edit: New iPhone. Worked after deleting the camera on Fotos and deleting the phone in the camera pairing settings. Edited October 10, 2024 by TheEyesHaveIt

Leica could theoretically add EFCS to M11 via firmware update. Edited October 11, 2024 by SrMi

Updating through Leica FOTOS went smoothly. There's just one thing I noticed when I reverted to factory settings. The low battery prompt just appeared out of nowhere. My battery was fully charged. It did revert the settings, but I did that twice just to be sure. I got worried about the prompt and it's good that it did not appear again. 😅 Hoping for the best. 🤞 I ‘ve had this on 2.1.2. The low battery whilst full prompt.

Updated ok to 2.1.3 via USB/iPad/Fotos, Settings report Firmware Version is now 2.1.3.........All good, but how do you revert the M11-D's to Factory Settings and is there a way to copy the existing M11-D Settings then Paste them in after the Factory Reset? Can't find how to do this with Fotos or the online manual, just when I think I've got this camera nailed it makes me feel stupid again.

The reset is described in the manual, but saving settings to apply them after the reset does not exist – you'll have to configure them again. Welcome, dear visitor!
