Let me show you some samples of a portrait session with Matilda. The b/w photos were taken with the Mono I, the color photos with the M10-R and the Apo 2/50.

Unfortunately my old Mono has sensor corrosion but I am too sentimental to sell it. In most cases you do not see the corrosion on the photo when you are wide open, but sometimes you also find it. This is a bit annoying but I still love the results with this „vintage“ digital M.

They are all very good, but the B&W ones are special. The M9M has an unique look.

Thanks a lot jaapv! I also like the special look of the M9M. But unfortunately it seems that the sensor corrosion is becoming more and more. Now I also can see it wide open and it is very annoying if you see the corrosion on a part of the photo e.g. eyes where it is difficult to remove it with LR or PS.

Not usually a fan of this work in color, but I do like what you've done with the last three images. Also really like the second B&W version. Very nice work.

Best, -Tim

Thank you very much Tim! I also like more b/w portraits but if someone has so beautiful blue eyes, I have to switch to color

I always enjoy watching yourphotos.

The first image is - to me ofcourse - the best of the series. Her look there is confident and strong.

Thanks a lot for your kind words Olaf! I also love her strong look in this b/w version
