Hook Norton - Special Malts

William, this is well spotted - lovely light and atmosphere, and good composition. The almost antique feel is let down by the modern sack, but short of dragging it out of the way (and getting yourself evicted in the process) there isn't a lot you could have done, unless you could have persuaded Howard to pose in front of the sack!

All the best,

Chris

Thanks for all the comments. Obviously, this was the universal favorite. I'll take the credit for spotting the light and framing this one, but the thing you all enjoy so much is this beautiful rendition of the light, and that is all 28/2 on 100 UC. This light came from an open window on a shaded alley. Outside the light was brutal that day, but it was dark as pitch in much of the brewery.

If anyone is interested in more of the brewing process, I'll post a few more snaps later.

Charlie,

Cheltenham? Do you work for the Government? :) "Old Hooky" has been one of my faves for years. How did you know? ;)
