la1402 Posted November 12, 2023 Share #2 Posted November 12, 2023 IF catching attention is your thing, why not. I rather go low key when carrying a five-figure equipment around.
benqui Posted November 12, 2023 Share #3 Posted November 12, 2023 Catching attention or not, it looks beautiful. But I think this special bag is not more noticeable in comparison to the other Billingham bags.

Also, being limited to 100 pieces worldwide, all of them are sold out. Billingham tries a Leica/Rolex approach, interesting. That is a pity as I feel that approach is the wrong one. I would prefer a bit of innovation or a look back at older designs. My idea of a good bag would be a Hadley Digital x 1.5. What I mean by that is a a Hadley Digital as it currently is, but with the addition below of a new section, half the height with a weatherproof zip along the whole side and NOT reachable through the top. This would mean the bottom bit would need to have some stiffness provided by a leather bottom for example. This would be much preferable to hanging AVEA's on both sides and whilst the bag will have grown it has only gained some height. I find for 1 camera VLUX-5 or Q, this bag is perfect but extra batteries, flash etc the bag becomes too packed. A new bottom section would be fantastic. jeri Posted November 12, 2023 Share #5 Posted November 12, 2023 It doesn't get more 'bling' than that.

Also all the other brightly coloured Hadleys shout attention loud and clear. I would never buy any of them except black or the dark green colour as these do not 'shout'. Although having said that any man with a bag has one wondering what's in that bag......
Siriusone59 Posted November 12, 2023 Share #7 Posted November 12, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) They weren't all sold out as I just ordered the small one. Color matches my camera, half-case and strap perfectly.

AI (artificial intelligence) would likely surmise, if you also tape over the red stitching on the bag, it will compliment any Leica where the red dot is tape over....

NigelG Posted November 13, 2023 Share #10 Posted November 13, 2023 Why would I carry my camera in a bag that might be in Leica colours but looks like it was designed for fly fishing?

In fact, the stitching is understated. So the best combo is M11P with an LHSA 50 APO BP…
nameBrandon Posted November 14, 2023 Share #15 Posted November 14, 2023 They're just too pretty to use. I've got a black Hadley small, Sage/Chocolate Hadley Pro and Hadley One with Avea pockets, Red "72", black F8, and black 107.. and I still opt for my Wotancraft Pilots 99% of the time. I really should sell these things.. but they look so nice on the shelf. 😕

Kwesi Posted November 14, 2023 Share #20 Posted November 14, 2023 Why are we so easy to sell to? I mean all you gotta d is add red and the line of people with their wallets out begins to form. Oberwerth, ONA, Rock'nRoll, and now Billingham to name a few, have all figured it out 2
