Boring question, sorry..What would be an acceptable asking price for a privately sold, lightly used, boxed, complete unmarked 9 month old M10-R in the UK?

It depends on whether your perspective is as either the buyer or seller.

When looking at eBay, check the recent “completed auction” prices, which are a better indicator of the market than the Buy-It-Now prices being asked. Some eBay sellers will ask amazingly high prices for pre-owned cameras. Of course, if a seller is willing to be patient, it is sometimes possible to find a buyer willing to pay the higher price. Sometimes, selling prices will, indeed, trend upward.

Generally, $5000.00-$6000.00US depending on the condition and if it comes with the boxes and everything that came from Germany.

When checking Leica Mayfair, best to exclude the Black Paint camera that have on sale for £12,000.  It will distort your average 😂

I paid $6,100 US for a refurbished M10-R in Like New condition with a 1 year Leica warranty earlier this year.

I sold it for far less than I wanted to, there are a fair few M10-R's on the market keeping the price down I guess. Now the search begins for a similar condition, lovely M10 ;o)
