Do the camera or/& the lens have a warranty? Either from the people they came from or from Leica? Whatever the answers are to the above questions: These should be relatively simple things to do. You should contact them either in the Country where you are, or in Wetzlar. Their English in Wetzlar will be fine. They will sometimes pay for shipping & insurance.
