Advertisement (gone after registration)

Yesterday I walked around in an area that 10 years ago was characterized by old, mostly run down buildings, many of which were vacant. The area has undergone a rapid redevelopment and is now some of the hottest real estate in town. There are new hotels, large apartment buildings, a huge music venue that brings in national performers, banks and a host of other businesses.
