Hallo,

bei meiner Leica M6 habe ich mir leider mehrere Löcher eingebrannt. Hat jemand Tipps wo ich die Kamera reparieren lassen kann? Außer in Wetzlar direkt?

Ich bin dankbar für jeden Hilfe   Möchte meine M6 noch nicht in den Ruhestand schicken.

This is why I keep my focus to minimum distance and aperture to smallest opening size as the default condition.

Willkommen an das Forum.

I had a similar thing happen with an M3 before people first landed on the Moon. The original shutter curtain was repaired by Leitz with a "goppish" black material that is "cosmetically challenged".

The same  shutter curtain still works fine today.

Please try to ACTIVELY remember to keep the camera/lens pointed down & away from the Sun, or the Sun's reflections. You have to do this all of the time. It soon becomes an easy thing to do.
