Advertisement Posted September 30, 2007 Posted September 30, 2007 Hi Chaipaval, Take a look here Wave. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Chuckcars Posted October 1, 2007 Share #2 Posted October 1, 2007 That round circle of water is very interesting. If you were to crop out the sun reflection it would inhance the image. The diagonal wave is very powerful looking. Nice capture.
biglouis Posted October 1, 2007 Share #3 Posted October 1, 2007 Great capture - I think if you cropped out the sun some of the story in the picture would be missing. You could experiment with a black and white version as well. LouisB
jaapv Posted October 2, 2007 Share #4 Posted October 2, 2007 I think Charles is right, there is too much going on. If you crop it his way you create an exceedingly strong diagonal. But I would flip it horizontally too. Very beautiful contrast btw.
luigi bertolotti Posted October 2, 2007 Share #5 Posted October 2, 2007 Yep, try tro crop away the sunspot... it can become a fine "nature-abstract" image... Chuckcars Posted October 3, 2007 Share #7 Posted October 3, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Harry, you have a very powerful image, here. Defining the meaning of lilnes of force: Diagonal = variation. That is exactly what the photograph conveys. What about making the print square and cropping to make the circle a little more to the top left 1/3 point? That is while still keeping the sharpness.
