Here's a little camera porn.  Over at TheOnlinePhographer, MikeJ mentioned how much smaller an M 35 Summilux-FE was compared to a current top of the line Zeiss auto-everything 35./1.4.  So I sent back as a contrast ing comment  the comparison of my S 120 APO Macro Summarit with my fine old (IBIS, AF) Pen F with its 60 mm macro:

Of course I took the picture with my CL and its very capable 60 mm macro, which is not that much bigger than the little PenF:

Stores are still closed in Miami Wynwood area and not many people for street photography!

Louis, if you get the chance, could you ask the Ducati folks if they really ride their bikes like the wired mouse in the picture, with two right hands and holding the grips upside-down?

The tiny Olympus macro is a stunning performer, it is the reason why I still can‘t bring myself to sell my Olympus gear. AF could be better, though (the hunting sometimes drives me crazy).

Macros hunt.  Focusing the 120 S takes patience and some skill.  The CL 60 is probably the easiest of the three to use. And they all are incredibly sharp.

I agree about the Macro TL 60, which also provides a better dynamic range than the Olympus. It is my favourite TL lens. I don‘t know the 120 S  Macro.

There was I, having a quiet pee in the middle of the biggest and most deserted beach in Norfolk, and these people just had to appear over the horizon. England is getting too crowded.
