Hahahaha

Thanks, Bill; but I have no idea what  this tropical plant is called. I saw it growing on the terrace of Key Biscayne tearoom and found it very interesting to shoot. :)

Looks like cables going into giant green Christmas lights.  Something straight out of a Dr. Seuss novel :-)

It all depends on the little man you see in the corner.  You can ask for a nice gentle ride, or take your chances.  There's a third option -- pay a double fee and go for the $100 challenge, you have to stay on for 10 seconds to win it.  That's when the muzzle comes off.

Like you flickr pictures a lot.  Any connection with the Kirkpatrick in "Kirkpatrick Rambouillets"?

Not to my knowledge, and there was no one on the scene.  I should have stopped back to ask.  I was there for three days, focused on five or six stories and there were hundreds more.

Chance encounter, Arles, France.

I saw her near my café table. Her appearance was so striking I asked if I could take her photograph, which she agreed to after slight hesitation.

I rode my bicycle to Cupertino yesterday and had lunch with one of my buddies there. I had the camera with me with the notion of stopping to take some photos along the way there and back ... never did, but Cameron took a snap of me and I took a snap of him at the end of our lunch. :)
