I think I was around 2 metres away Vikas, maybe a little less. Minimum focus distance of the lens is a little over a metre, so you can't get too close. I wonder why this adapter costs over $1,000 here in the US while the M to L adapter only costs around $450? But who can explain Leica pricing? LOL...
