How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Files” and s

Congratulations on such an incredible photo. Whether or not it was your intention, I personally find it so convincingly gentle in its filmic rendering that I had to do a double-take that this was an M11 forum!

hi john! thanks heaps for your kinds words, and yeah i missed shooting films, i had filmic looks in mind when i took this shot and most intended of all intentions i had in the past, really appreciate it especially coming from you

Hi Maclean, very well widest open, 0.95 at 1m minimum focusing distance, because when shooting close up portrait most of the time with this lens, while widest open might be daunting to nail focus at times, i would just move back and forth instead, thanks for the kind words!

Took a shot of this Australian guy busking in Liverpool. He liked the shot and asked if would be available to shoot his up and coming live gig. This is one of the resulting shots. Great show by the way.
