A Rainy Day in Venice

It was dark and rainy. But Venice is breathtaking at any day, night or weather. Actually, I even think a “bad” weather gives a more moody, melancholic and romantic feeling to this unbelievable city.

Fantastic pictures, Louis!   And, love the portfolio, as well. You certainly are a great ambassador for the T and the 18-56 lens.

Compliments to Gary's, too. ( Maybe some on the X Vario forum?)

Very much enjoyed all of those snaps of Venice!

Indeed Rob, both forum's, took both cameras. Tried doing "week about" with one, but every now and then got out of synch.

Both are nice, and so easy to use..

I loved the X Vario and the T and think each has a bit of a different look. Have been so tempted to buy the X Vario again, and you are hardly discouraging me with your postings.  Such beautiful photos.

Here's one from my TL2 w the 35 1.4 TL lens

I’ve been posting some of these in DP review but thought I’d post a few here though the resolution tends to suffer. Leica TL2 with a 60mm macro.

Hi

although it"s raining in Venice your images are very beautiful.what I don"t like so much are the harsh colours of your leica T.

Doubt if the TL 60mm could improve on your image of that subject.

Cheers

The quality of colours and detail coming out of the shots were amazing, as seen in a couple of combos of several shots (using layout of instagram  )

I too love the colors from the R 60 2.8 macro. Beautiful flower shots.
