Weddings in Chicago!

I don't know what they put in their water, but I have never seen so many weddings in the same town, the same day and the same street!.... Just a few in  the same neighborhood, in space of a few minutes! ...

… and the same heron a few minutes later … wider aperture shot.  I'm considering having the FD 500/4.5 converted to EOS mount by LENS DOCTOR http://www.thelensdoctor.co.uk  so can then use it with the Novoflex EOS to SL converter … which should enable EXIF data transmission to record actual chosen aperture. Currently I have to make notes or guesstimate the aperture from the selected/ EXIF recorded shutter speed.

First shots with my Leica TL2 - I am really liking the camera - well worth the upgrade from my Leica T - way more useable - might sell my Fuji Pro2 system - will need to shoot this some more but we will see.  Shot with the Leica T 55-135mm.

This shot looks really nice on my IPhone, with vibrant colors. But when I view it on larger screen of my IPad and my PC, there seem to be something wrong with colors of the neck and hand!... Same  with the background. Actually, I am not even sure if the background is real life or a poster/photo?

Yep - processed in Photoshop - not all that enthusiastically though - one layer adjustment mask ( brightness & contrast ) - background layer obviously adjusted down - foreground layer is as shot ( overall shot had RAW file adjustment prior to layer mask - real life ;) ).  As a previous art student & university photo teacher I am certainly no purist when it comes to my photography ( not even when I use my Leica's :) ) .  Shot looks the same to me on all my devices ( however I don't have a PC and only use Mac's - devices are color balanced with ColorMunki ).  Here is a link to my Web site ( just getting it started ) if you want to look at the type of shots I do.    www.photothinktank.net   - thanks for the input - thats what these forums are for ...
