4 years after the CL

Your authority for quoting that interval?

Remember,  if we ever have a post-Covid-19 era, it is likely to be rather different to the old 'normality'

I generally don't like this sort of speculation but my enjoyment of the CL means I have quite a strong interest.  Just have to mention that when I saw Jono's statement that he had had the M10R in his hands for 12 months before it's release, my first thought was, hmmmm, wonder how long you have been testing the CL2!

With shared sensor in S3, M10-Mono and M10-R, one can of course speculate which sensor that will be used in CL2... My hope is to see a joystick-button on CL2.

I don't need any more buttons. Reduction is one of its strengths

My hope only two buttons instead of 3 and no rear screen 🙂

as minimalistic as possible

No problem to disagree; and we (=potential buyers) neither will, nor should, agree. This is the privelegde of Leica, possibly with input from a few persons outside Wetzlar (Reid, Jono & Co). And a reason that threads like this may run over 10+ pages...

I’d like to let the OP know when the CL2 is due, but when I get my advance test copy I’ll be subject to a PDA. You’ll just have to wait for the public announcement.

(Leica Camera AG, if you’re listening, I can be trusted with a test copy)
