Personally I do like the composition. With this boy in a tight squeeze at the top plus the structure at the bottom it is a great composition, showing sheer joy. Of course others may like cropping to an HCB image clone.

The Scallop, by Maggi Hambling. Aldeburgh Beach, Suffolk.

(The work is a tribute to composer Benjamin Britten and the words relate to his opera, 'Peter Grimes'. Britten is closely associated with the town, and Peter Grimes is set in a fictional coastal town said to be based on Aldeburgh).
