Advertisement Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Hi jakontil, Take a look here Lens affect bright lines in OVF?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
farnz Posted December 12, 2019 Share #2 Posted December 12, 2019 Do the unexpected lines show up in the pictures? Pete.
jaapv Posted December 12, 2019 Share #3 Posted December 12, 2019 This looks like the frameline-shift is incomplete and suggests a lens with the mount (frameline lug) out of tolerance. Or - he is not clicking the lens in properly. Over- and underrotate the lens a bit when mounting to check this out.
lct Posted December 12, 2019 Share #4 Posted December 12, 2019 (edited) Yes what you're showing above are not 50/75mm but 35/135mm frame lines. Are you sure it is a 50mm lens? If so, the lens is not mounted properly. When mounting it on the camera, turn it clock wise until you hear a "click" sound. You should see the 50/75mm frame lines in the OVF at this stage (pic). Are the red spots still visible then? Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members!
