The smile was captivating and I simply couldn't ignore it; it is Baltimore at its best.  I asked for a permission and the smile even shined more.  The shot is taken with the newly acquired APO Summicron SL 35mm set at full aperture and processed in CO21.  Of course, resolution improves considerably when the shot is viewed on the light-box .  Regards.

Really nice.  Both the smile and the photograph.  The eyes sparkle even more when seen at better resolution!

From only few weeks ago, the is another captivating smile of a proud owner of a bookstand in a Sunday Market around the 14th street in Washington, DC.  Her smile, spirit, and the discussion pertaining to the focus of her bookstand  (gender studies) reflected accurately the beautiful character of this great city.   The shot is taken with the newly acquired APO Summicron SL 35mm set at full aperture with de minims cropping in CO21.  Of course, resolution improves considerably when the shot is viewed on the light-box .  Regards.

PS. Sometimes I miss the 50mm focal length.  And if so, should it be the SL Summicron or Summilux?
