Joined the Q2 club thanks to my Husband's gift at Christmas.   He had been listening to me talking about the Q2 with a friend who had asked if I thought one would suit him.

Given that he takes amazing photo's with his phone and had no interest in ILC's, it seemed like a good option for his many travels, so I had been singing it's praises.  I know my husband would love me to learn to travel a little lighter, hence the gift of a Q2, will have to see how it goes.

It seems to have become my go-to camera!  Looking forward to your results!

Good to see a new Chicago member, welcome!  Now there are at least three of us that haunt the lakefront with our cameras.

Even if it's not my destination in San Francisco, (which it wasn't today) I can't resist stopping to take photos of the Palace of Fine Arts in the early morning, when it's lit by the rising sun. Q2 Reporter.

Yes, Shrewsbury gets floods each year now, luckily we are out of town so don't suffer, our daughter gets the bottom of her garden washed away regularly, this time steps from decking went off down the river too😀.. could be worse, as it is for a fair few residents that live along the River Severn.

Anywhere this beautiful is bound to have a flaw here or there. (Insert joke about God building Paris as heaven on earth but remembering to include the "flaw" of Parisians) My friends in Bath are making good use of their wellies too. Your pictures of Shrewsbury make me want to visit and explore your part of Britain! And I promise not to make any jokes about Severn Up...
