Yono, do you print Q2 pictures? And if so, how are you satisfied with prints!

Many thanks, Matic

HI There Matic

I certainly do print them, and they seem to be really good, but I haven't printed any of these yet.

All the best

Jono

I know you were not asking me 😀 but, coincidentally, I recently had professionally printed two of my recent Q2 photos (which I've never done before). They were printed at 78x52cm and resulting prints were absolutely superb with an amazing amount of detail.

Thank you very much Stephen. Why I'm asking that? Well, I had mixed results with Q2, when I still had one. I sold it as part of 35 APO investment though. Because I had 3 cameras, M 240, M 10R BP, and Q2, I had to chose which one to sell. I really didn't need »triple« solution. When I compared big prints from M 240 and Q2 ( M10R BP was excluded from the contest), I prefered those from M 240. They were always superb, rich in colours, but of course printed from files of »original ISO« or close to it. On contraire, Q2 prints were missing richness..., they were flat. I didn't print them by myself, they were printed by WhiteWall on Hahnemühle Pearl white paper. It could be, that lab has some standards issues, or that my post processing was missing something, anyway, I sold Q2. Who knows, maybe in the future I buy it (or its succesor) again! 😉
