 Head down, gaze, the task will not be easy. The nurse in background contributes a lot to feel to the heavy atmosphere.

Great picture! These nurses are doing a high risk job all my gratitude to them.

I lived in Kananga (West KasaÏ) in the '70 and I still have friends there and many good memories!

I agree - a very powerful picture that's strengthened by the knowledge that they are treating Ebola.  The huge risk these nurses are taking in treating Ebola patients without having eye masks demonstrates their astonishing courage since they could quickly become the next patients owing to their dedication to care for other people (strangers) regardless.
