me111 - nice little combination of 35, "el", light and moment.

But - you might work a bit on your highlight recovery. The gray "zombie-skin" face is a bit - scary. ;)

Thanks for your comment. I wish I could fix it since the combination of the man's posture, his outfit, and the light pleases my eye very much. I double checked it after seeing your comment, and I realized that the highlight on his skin is blown beyond repair.

I think two Leica lenses I own (the 8-element and 35 Summilux pre-asph) have a tendency to make over-exposed images when the highlight is strong. The Summilux sometimes needs to be compensated a full stop. I don't know if you have experienced the same. Anyways, I like both said lenses because the tones they render are observably richer then the rest of my Asph lenses.

Do you shoot DNG? The light metering in my 262 is protecting the highlights pretty damn well and I can boost the shadows and midtones in post with ease.
