I recently acquired a nice 100mm Macro Apo, and had intended using it on the SL/SL2 (Leicaflex's).

However it plays real nice with the digital SL2.

Same seller Wilson, from my go-to pusher. I'd lusted after one since "yours", and this became available and had the Elpro as well. Couldn't help myself.

What brand of ring-flash? An auto-focus lens would (possibly) make more sense, but this is too nice to not use.

I want to try it for astro as well, but when I took a quick look with it last night, the stars were not correctly focussed. It seems the elcheapo R-M, and M-L adapters are "too long". I have a genuine M adapter L arriving soon, so hopefully that will rectify the focus issues.
