Thanks so much, Gary. That red tail was teasing me all day, waiting for me to get within 50 yards and then flying away. I just happened to have the right focus for this (which was the wrong focus for when he was perching!). Just luck.

I have got it (ver. II). I love this lens despite of CA vs Apo-Summicron-R, Apo-Elmarit-R, Apo-Telyt-R. A compelling combination with Apo-Extender R 1.4x to make a very good Leica non-Apo 250/4... Well done!😉
