Advertisement Posted June 26, 2018 Posted June 26, 2018 Hi scott kirkpatrick, Take a look here Leica AG- A very serious request!. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
ramarren Posted June 26, 2018 Share #22  Posted June 26, 2018 Yes, I can do that, but sometimes, touching the area where the function of the right wheel appears when it is turned turns the lock ON (which means the wheel is OFF) and I haven't found a way to turn off touch input.   From the manual, I understand that touch-and-hold the icon or area on the display representing the wheel turns on the lock. Doesn't touch-and-hold on the same part of the screen turn off the lock? It should be a toggle... a little bit silly if it isn't.
scott kirkpatrick Posted June 27, 2018 Share #23  Posted June 27, 2018 I agree that it is a toggle, but I haven't been able to get consistent results. Don't have the touch, I suppose. And I would rather that it didn't happen at all.
dfdann Posted July 2, 2018 Share #24  Posted July 2, 2018 I’m very disappointed that Leica choose not to address the wandering focus point many of us have commented on. Hopefully they will fix in next upgrade? Dan

Bill W Posted July 3, 2018 Share #28 Â Posted July 3, 2018 Louis, just out of curiosity what AF mode are you using? Multi Point, Spot or Field?
Louis Posted July 3, 2018 Author Share #29 Â Posted July 3, 2018 Louis, just out of curiosity what AF mode are you using? Multi Point, Spot or Field? Â Bill, I have been using Field with most of my cameras; but a few days ago, I discovered that focus tracking is working really well for street photography. In this mode, I miss moving subjects less. Bill W Posted July 3, 2018 Share #30 Â Posted July 3, 2018 Bill, I have been using Field with most of my cameras; but a few days ago, I discovered that focus tracking is working really well for street photography. In this mode, I miss moving subjects less. I am trying field right now. On my SL that is what I use. I will also explore the tracking. We will go to our local 4th parade and that would be a good test. Thanks again.
