Hi

I'm making this comment in the spirit of trying to be helpful but please feel free to ignore it 🙂

The highlights in all 3 of your photos are quite badly blown. In other words, they're over exposed. I notice that you're using f11 and f13 and this won't give your best lens performance.

If you chose f5.6 or f8, you would get all the depth of focus that you need with a 35mm lens, and meter for the highlights, you'll reduce the ISO setting significantly and also reduce the noise that's being produced at ISO 64000, or 25000

They're your photos and you should take them exactly as you want to but I hope you don't mind my comments!

Best wishes

Ernst

Hi Ernst,

thank you for you commends. The reason for f 11 or 13 was that I use the Leica App to take remote pictures. To get sharper pictures I set for instance 3 meters and use the area of depth before and after.

Regards

Alex

You're welcome Alex.

I was more concerned with the overexposure. If you're going to take photos remotely and let the camera define the exposure, I would set the exposure compensation to -0.7 or -1.0 EV for a scene that is lit like in your photos.
You can also reduce the highlight blow out in post processing.
