I'm on a river cruise through Eastern Europe. In Budapest, Hungary I photographed the Chain Bridge across the Danube. Leica Q, 5 sec, f/9, ISO 100, on tripod. From the Buda side after sunset in a park just below Budapest Castle. This image is heavily cropped, but it still holds up well against my Canon 5D3 and 70-200mm lens of the same image. While I'd love the resolution of the Q2, the classic Q is still a great camera with excellent IQ and color rendition.

Had I not known of the cropping in the photo it would not have been obvious at all, not at least on web size resolution.  I admire you for carrying both the Q and the Canon, my last significant trip I wrestled with what to bring and ended up with just the Q and wasn't sorry for it.  Sure it won't reach like a 70-200 and I may miss some shots, or I'll try to zoom with my feet.  But the luxury of small size and weight using the Q made decisions and shooting a joy.  Will be eager to see more from the river cruise.
