Looks a bit fuzzy - like the edges of the buildings and so on?  Any particular reason?

Yes, I agree.

It was the soft focus filter I had experimented with and I do not like it this morning!

Another version without as much 'fuzziness'.

There is a special "feel" in the dreamy original.

It is nicely blending the buildings to the waters in fore ground.

Thank you, Stu and Bency.  (Agree about the appearance of the water).

I'll look one more time tomorrow morning and see what I think!  (Like writing a paper . . . Finish it, and then re-read the next morning. )  

I suppose the filters give it an 'older' look to the photo.
