Or is this a more interesting shot? Which one do you think is better?

 

 

Much prefer this second shot as the 'marshmallows' become subsidiary to the absorbing path perspective back into the far distance. Nice Pic!

+1 But I would crop the left margin, bottom margin and a bit

of the right margin (to the same aspect ratio) to frame the road

by the edges (emphasizes/ points to the distant hill). Nobody

else see the 'cloud monster' eyeing up those marshmallows?

This afternoon with a +5 marumi macro lens ....... I have a couple lying about and handily they are 49mm ......

Bees are a real bu**er to shoot as they are never still ..... and it was windy as well ..... but the fast AF make shots like this fairly easy ..... even from 5cm .... handheld

... in fact focussing and DOF was the least problem .... even 1/500 sec was barely fast enough ... :)
