Did you try using SanDisk SDXC "Extreme Pro" 64 GB (Class 10, U1, 95 MB/s) card? I often read it is the most reliable with M240 and also helps the camera start up quicker.

I've been using it since I bought my M240 (original one) and never had problem.

The only time I got locked up was while using the EVF but it happened only once over  more than 5000 activations.

The Lexar Pro 16 GB 600x and 1000x are the fastest and most reliable cards on my M240.
