I have a colleague who professed to know about photography and was telling me about his camera setup and how long he’d been doing it as a hobby. I had my M9 in my bag and he asked what camera I used. I taped the red dot in black for sake of discretion and was using ZM lenses for a shooting last month. First think a young lady told me when i arrive "oh but you have a Leica"! Hopeless... Well i may have put a bit of gloss on the facts. I had not ZM lenses actually but a ZM 50/1.5 and a Leica 35/1.4 but the young lady was in fact my brother in law who believes that Leica (or was it Laika?) was a dog in the space . david strachan Posted January 19, 2018 Share #172 Posted January 19, 2018 Yes, i talked to DAG, via email. He didn't get it. I've undone the screw to have a look. The problem is the screw fills the whole hole There is no rebate on which to set the decal. I might one day just stick one on somewhere...i like the Leica logo.
