Thanks. This is one of the original American Candy Bombers during the Soviet blockade of Berlin starting in June 1948 to May 1949. They delivered 2.3 million tons of food, coal, medicine and more to the the people of West Berlin. It is now part of the Technical Museum in Berlin.
