I think we all have a pretty good idea of what the M10 is all about given the leaking sieve in Asia. We will all know everything as facts not speculation in another few days. I myself look forward to this new camera. I agree with you Bill. Things have been getting close to 'pistols at dawn' here over a camera that is a fait accompli design-wise and which will be announced with full details next Thursday. The same "request" has been there with the optical 21mm viewfinder I have used for 21mm lenses on film M bodies for the last 30 years. In round figures, unless i am mistaken, the current price of M240 + EVF is $ 6995 + 478 = $7473 whilst that of M10 + EVF would be 7650 + 575 = $8225 which makes a 10% increase more or less but i'm no accountant at all. As far as I know the starting price of M240 was 6950 USD and SL was/is 7450 USD. SL is marketed as a pro tool of Leica, not the M. My guess is 6950 USD or at most 7250 USD. The M240 price was set in different dollars than the M10 price will be. As the Euro has dropped against the Dollar it should be relatively cheaper.
