As I understand it there are no repair options on that component so I'm in the market for a new Leica. Any thoughts on the timeless question of buy now or wait to September to see what may get announced? The 262 looks nice (I don't need the video options of the 240) but given I like shooting in low light better DR / high ISO performance would be nice. I'm not completely camera-less (I have other non-Leica cameras) so I can wait several months but it is an inevitability I will get a new Leica it is just a question of when. It's unlikely they'd make the same offer for a newly released body though as they'll be able to sell all they can make for some time. On the other hand, just imagine you've bought a new M-D !
