Congratulation Stuart, it is always a pleasure to follow the chronicler of New York - and the rest of the world (I wouldn't wonder, if there would be some coverage from outerspace).

Wishing your wife a fast recovery

Congratulation Stuart and thank you. Your portrait of me is still the one I use for my office photo within AD ... and I regularly get compliments on the B&W and quality of the photo but not the subject :)

I thought for this milestone I'd post a few of my favorite portraits

A French Tourist at lunch in Death Valley

A sun worshipper at noon on East 46th Street in Manhattan

A dancer at Carnival in Baranqilla, Colombia

Photographer Louis Mendez near the USS Intrepid Aerospace Museum

Dear Stuart,

Congratulation for this incredible milestone! Cartier Bresson said "Your worst photograhs are the first 10.000" so you have at least 75.000 good ones. The french tourist looks like Wim Wenders; beautiful picture with a special mood. I like very much your portrait of Louis Mendez.

By the way, why did'nt you post the portrait of you beautiful friend Silva?

All the best.

Francois

In the prior post I failed to identify the third photo as a Beard Papa employee

Niece Sara with her son Tyler

At a café in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

A guard in Rockefeller Center

Barbara on a live-aboard dive boat off Papua New Guinea

Barbara near mountain gorillas in Rwanda

Another beautiful set!

Francois
