In your tour of Belgian stations I hope you also took in Calatrava's Liege (Guillemins) station, the last two shots in this set: http://www.paulashleyphotography.co.uk/collection/station-geometry/

Antwerp is also in nos. 6 & 7

I've been waiting five minutes for that link to open but it won't!

SL with 85/1.4 Sigma Art and SL with Summicron SL 75. So the question is, which image was taken with which lens. Huge difference in cost of those lenses.

please another pic from bike in total…

Lieber verwackelt, mit viel freude !

Sorry, but my original descripotion is incorrect. This is not an R 37, it is actually a very rare 1923 BMW R23 - purchased in Berlin in 1977 and restorted after many years of research.

.........another view. The R23/1 designation makes this the first series of motorcycles ever built by BMW after World War I, since they were forbidden to build airplane motors. This is one of very few examples of the original Series I that still exist. Records indicate this machine was first sold to a doctor in Berlin.

35mm APO-Summicron-SL : 1/60, f/5.6, ISO 3200

I got this lens a couple of days ago and it enchants me.  Images straight out of camera need none or very little post.

i once had a R71 but not in such good condition. With a lot of russian parts and very used look. But i had a lot of nice trips with her before i sold her…

In some other threads, there is a debate about which of the new SL Summicrons one must have to go with one's new SL2.  Fortunately (with tariffs going into play) I have the 75, 50 and 35.  I shot extensively with the 35 and 75 (on an S1R) this summer in the Faroes, but just got the 50 and haven't had much time to play with it.  So here are some test shots, not anything artistic, to see if I can understand their similarities and differences.  In these, I tried to keep the field of view at the point of focus constant for three lenses.  The 75 shot was, however, taken a bit too close.  Focus in each was on the nearest  flowers in the lower right.

The 35 shot appears to have the smallest depth of field, probably because it was taken at the closest distance.  In all three the characteristic of these lenses shows, the objects in sharpest focus are brighter and more colorful as well as sharper.
