Changing lens information in EXIF

I use five M lenses, all uncoded, and of course, like most others, I mostly forget to change lens info in the menu when changing lens.

Is there any way of changing this info in the EXIF file afterwards?

Normally I notice this when opening the picture in Lightroom, but I can't find a way to change it in LR.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

In that case Windows Explorer is a good tool. Go to Properties and click the Details tab. You can now edit a most of the metadata

Otherwise try Picasa.

Thank you Jaap.

I know explorer works for changing in jpg files but I can't find a way to change dng files.

Is it possible too?

+1. This is all you need.

It's incredibly easy to use. No Command Lines or Coding.

It's consistent over time as you can apply exactly the same EXIF everytime you use that lens.

It's easy to incorporate into a workflow. You just run the simple process after import to Lightroom.

I'm not sure why you'd want to manually change every single image in Windows Explorer over an integrated bulk solution like LensTagger.

Lenstagger Lightroom plugin works great but only on the master copies. It doesn't do anything to the virtual copies metadata that are already created.

Anybody found a solution to that? Don't ask me to delete and create virtual copy again. It is too much work.
