I own a mint Collapsible Summicron f2.

I mean mint!

I never clean it, protect with a Leitz UV or !a filter which adds to haze and low contrast.

The Leitz UV filters are single-coated and I agree.  That's why I use B+W MRC (multi coated) filters, which do not add to "haze and low contrast".
