He can do the CLA, re-silver the prism if needed, and then repaint your M3 in black, olive or whatever.  CAMERA REPAIRS & RESTORATION - LUTON , ENGLAND + 44 7790 627 778  You might have to wait 3-4 months for a slot, but Peter usually returns the camera within 2-3 weeks of starting the work.
