Paul,

superb result in composition and toning. The sharpness and bokeh are excellent. This is giving evidence that these lenses are such treasures and perform so well even in these our present days as Euston mentioned. Thanks for sharing this nice picture from the 70ies.

To all of you, Brent, HSW, Dee, Euston, Iduna Stuart Louis, Ingrid, Edgard and John,

Thank you for your encouraging words. I really appreciate them. This was taken many years ago, I have since replaced the M4 with a M6 Titanium but still use the 35mm summicron, the 50mm Summicron and a 90mm Tele-Elmarit lenses. I still like to shoot with film even though most is done with the D Lux 4.

Andrew, Thanks for your kind remarks. I appreciate them.

Hank, Thanks for your good words. I have occasionally posted pictures but not enough I suppose. I try to be somewhat selective so I don't embarrass myself.

Simple but effective composition. The character of the bokeh gives it a different type of punch to the image. Although the tones are some what muted, the message is still distinctly clear. I can see this as a print on a bookmark or a 8x10 with dark black matte on a wall where one can see it often.
