Northwest Wanderer Posted March 23, 2014 Share #1 Posted March 23, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm finding taking images of geese in flight works best for me if I take the image when they are taking off. platypus Posted March 23, 2014 Share #6 Posted March 23, 2014 Bill, I think this is simply one of my absolute favourites of all your bird shots. The light is quite magic and the subjects are perfectly placed! Your dedication to your subject is quite evident, as is the pleasure you experience from taking these images, this all combines with your excellent photography to make viewing your work such a pleasure. pauledell Posted March 24, 2014 Share #7 Posted March 24, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Bill, One of your best. This has the perfect quality of composition, lighting, colors and clarity. It closely resembles a painting on a outdoor magazine inviting us potato couch people to get out and see the real world. fotografr Posted March 24, 2014 Share #8 Posted March 24, 2014 I agree with Dee, and actually with what everyone else has said. Additionally, the background is just wild and really sets this image apart. Nice work!!

Hank Taylor Posted March 25, 2014 Share #18 Posted March 25, 2014 Bill, your portrait of these birds is superb, I couldn't help but be reminded of Frankie Laine's rendition - "Cry of The Wild Goose" My heart knows what the wild goose knows, I must go where the wild goose goes. Wild goose, brother goose, which is best? A wanderin' fool or a heart at rest? Hank
