You don't know him Pete. He's a miserable ***.

Anyhow, I'm genuinely disappointed not be coming to Bath. I hope the day goes well, the weather is kind and there is a beer at the end of it. Look forward to seeing the posts.

Cheers

With just over 24 hours to go, it appears that my brother may be around to reach 60 on Saturday. My sentiments above hold true; I wish I could have joined you!

Regards

Apologies for the late addition, but much uncertainty until now....yes, I am now planning to join you. (I let David know that I was a possible a few days back.) Very much looking forward to this, and arriving by God's Wonderful Railway (hopefully).

I've arrived in the UK and will definitely be coming tomorrow. Looks like the rest of the family will be coming along as well for a day trip. Is there likely to be space at the Tasting Room for the five of us, or shall I send them off to a pub elsewhere?

Simon, good to see you're coming. Regarding space for the family,

potentially there should be enough room but it will really depend

on how many people other than us turn up. Best bet would be to

turn up and make a decision on the day :)

Probably worth giving them a call 01225 483070, if not then the close by options are

Pub opposite (A little 'blokey' as is the pub on the corner)

Jamie Olivers 5 minute walk (likely to be busy and a wait)

Wagammama's and Ask, Loche fine within 5 minutes

Cafe Rouge is very good in Bath and 3 minutes walk

Firehouse, just past the cheese shop, 5 minutes

Lots of eateries to be honest ;)
