Hi film friends.   Well...I guess it was bound to happen at some point; I botched my first roll during development.   I processed a roll of TriX in HC-110 and the entire roll came out as if I shot it with my lens cap on ( which I didn't).  I ended up with a long, clear, strip of film and assume this was due to expired developer.   Can someone confirm, this has never happened to me?  Thanks!

HC-110 is a long-lived developer – no developer action at all is unlikely. If your roll is COMPLETELY blank (including no edge marking), that suggests there was no development happening. It is not impossible (or is it) that the fixer was inadvertently put into the tank first. That would account for a completely blank film (fixer washes away all undeveloped silver). Such a mistake is not common but it does happen.

Very nice! - reminds me of the Manhattan Bridge, although I don't think that vantage point is accessible.

This is a wonderful portrait, Eoin. Your daughter displays a strong inner confidence and there is a palpable aura of power and ability. I hope she is amazingly successful, even against those of us across the ditch!

A wonderful, classic landscape, TMX - leading lines and still a sense of mystery. Quite Hitchcockian to my way of thinking.

I've been thoroughly enjoying your well observed series of standing stones, Keith. These stones are remarkable in their own right, and more so when observed with a sympathetic eye.

Thank you. It's the same country but another state & another bridge. 😏 It's  the old Florida East Coast Railway bridge near Bahia Honda, Fl.
