I've been experimenting with the PS action recommended in the VueScan vs Silverfast thread, and found at this site:

https://www.iamthejeff.com/post/32/the-best-way-to-color-correct-c-41-negative-film-scans

It works very much as the ColorPerfect plug-in, but with slightly different results.
