Same Habitat series. Same camera and lens but this time Kodak 5207 at ISO 150 and home-developed with the Cinestill C41 kit (the next kit will have bleach and fixer separated).

My daughter in a bar appreciating her mojito. This shot was taken at f 1,4 with the Voigtländer 35mm Nokto 1,4 SC lens, basically a Steel Rim knock-off, on Kodak 5219 at ISO 500 box speed. This is the classic tungsten-balanced cine film for interiors and night exteriors. The grain is a bit too much exaggerated. I attribute this to the Blix I used.

Nice and interesting. How did you remove the Remjet? I'm always curious about the process, since I'd like to try it too.

A brilliant portrait, really very good.

I will open an extra thread on this topic in the Film section.

Thank you so very much for that, Hans. There are various ways and even a kit that includes a pre-soak, but I like best what you describe in that thread!

Welcome to the forum. I much appreciate the tightly framed compositions you show here, and also the scanning which to me renders beautifully realistic colours. Hope to see more from you soon. Rgds, C.

fomapan 100 | ilfotec HC | M6 TTL | noctilux 50mm

Apart from the compositorial qualities shown, I like how you tame the grain of foamapan 100 without loosing the darkish mood. I'll have to try to soup it in Ilfotec HC one of these days...
