Thank you Suuumm55 and Rog for your comments. I absolutely agree, these old beech forests do have a mythical atmosphere and those with a strong connection with nature may even call it a spiritual experience..  The status of UNESCO world heritage sites is  attributed to these forests of "fagus sylvatica" with a good cause.

can't help it, but the small fields seem to move to the left... like fish in an aquarium

Rog, the experience of looking at your combination of colors makes me painfully aware of my shameful ignorance concerning color vision and its intricacies... It is perplexing anyway to watch my own visual data processing managing these devilish color contrasts... Or the non-managing as it keeps moving..

Thanks, Adan.  That's a great prison project and I second Philip that your link is a treasure trove of great photography to study.  My photo was taken at one of the many beachside exercise areas in Tel Aviv.

Confess! You have legions of the Fedora Order who wander about the planet with "shadow tattoos" on their backs and chests of the Dark Knight of Leica. Such allegiance, I have never seen, so brazen, yet nonchalant.

Ha ha, thanks, Rog - that had me rolling.  You give me so much material for my imagination it is incredible :)

Love these too.  Have you played around with printing these, and if so which paper/medium have you chosen?

This is fantastic, Klaus.  Florals are not easy to execute in B&W and you've made it look easy.

Hadn't seriously thought about it, but I would really appreciate your recommendations. Size? I am thinking something this side of Jenny Saville. (Just kidding.)
