If you photograph a blank background (wall/sheet of paper) with the lens stopped down it will give a better idea of what's there. In my limited experience this problem is normally dust/oil on the sensor and needs to be cleaned carefully with one of the recommended swab/solution systems.

one of them the 22 f stop the other is 4 f stop which is not showing any stains , its only the black dots , the lines are only scratches on the wall :)

Those lines in the f22 capture worry me. They may be scratches on the sensor and, therefore, not cleanable.

No don't worry the scratches are on the wall , there is only black dots some bigger than others and only show as I close the exposure , when I am on f4 I don't see a single one of them , when I am on f8 they show a little .

I bought the camera second hand , it's in a v good condition and only has 11000 activation .

And I love the camera so much it's not leaving my bag .

I will travel to Dubai soon where there is a leica dealer , but in case that dealer didn't accept or there was no possibility for any reason , can I clean it in any other shop ? Or shall I do it my self ," I don't want to mess with it , I am amazed by the exceptional sharpness and would like to keep it that way .thank you

It is no rocket science. Any owner of a digital camera should be able to clean his sensor, if only to do it in a situation when there is no friendly cleaning shop around to clean the camera before doing a shoot. Just buy an Arctic Butterfly which is probably enough to get these dustspots off, and if some remain wet-swipe it once or twice.

Visit the Visible Dust website for products and information on the technique. Also there are dozens of clips on UTube showing how to do it.

And here

Just don't use canned air like some videos do!
