Our local library in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho has had a problem with someone hiding any book that is not favorable to Donald Trump. Steven Colbert the late night talk show host sent an oversized copy of one of the books that seems to go missing. Very funny.

Sorry about the artifact at the ferris wheel. I saved the image before I was finished editing.

I sometimes enjoy reading the Bible as literature, but usually the print is too small (for me).

What a fine character, well captured.

Actually this gentleman was very nice to talk with. I live in Idaho and we have a real mix of people. This guy represents the good old western type. Being a ranch type myself, I really enjoy people like him.

Cheers

Thank you for that interesting background story.

I spend a lot of time on other forums in which "still life" type photos are appreciated. I have yet to need any camera other than my X2. The definition and resolution of the lens are so good that close-ups can be effectively simulated by cropping. Here is an example of an OOC JPEG which required no PP other than cropping and resampling.
