Right, it is Les Arènes d’Arles or Arles Amphitheatre measuring 136 m (446 ft) in length and 109 m (358 ft) wide, the 120 arches on two levels date back to the first century BC. The amphitheatre was capable of seating over 20,000 spectators, and was built to provide entertainment in the form of chariot races and bloody hand-to-hand battles. Today, it still draws large crowds for bullfighting.  Having stayed in Arles several longer periods never wanted to attend those  Chose to linger in La Cafe La Nuit instead. Thank you Andreas.  We were there about a month ago.

Let's try this one: Please identify the building on the right - the building with triangular tower.

Andreas -

I think you are correct.  If so both you and Wally know where we are.  Where are we?

It's clear that Wally & Andreas know where this is.  Is your reticence to go all the way your not having something to post if you win?

Sorry for delay.

The one with the triangular bell tower is The 17th century, Chapel of the White Penitents in Saint Paul de Vence near Nice.

I would prefer if Andreas would post, he's got some better stuff.

BTW:  The interior is also known as the Felon Chapel, and you can see why in these photos (just 4 or the dozen I took inside):

Very nice interior photos. Unknown from the outside, a museum in its own right.
